add a "distributution build" script or target

For people who don't do git, we should have a script or target that creates an ObjectiveResource.zip archive for people to download.

all right now this should be done
to run, just type ./package_zip.sh
and it will create two zip files, one with everything, and one with the just libs that need to be included in an iPhone app
